Brad was born and raised locally here in the small town of Glen Allen, Virginia. His construction experience began at a young age - framing, building, and renovating homes alongside his uncle and kin in the family carpentry business. He later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration. During his career in sports medicine and performance, he led the sports performance program at HCA, developing skills in leadership, project and contract management, strategic planning, team development, and client relations.

Although he built a successful career in sports medicine and athletic performance, his passion for construction, craftsmanship, and creative building remained a constant through both diverse personal and professional building and renovation projects. He reconnected with those roots by joining Augustine Construction, where he combines his diverse professional experience with a lifelong love of building.

He lives in North Chesterfield with his wife and two children, where they enjoy tackling home projects, spending time outdoors, and investing in their local community.
