Robert Agaba’s path to construction is unexpected. He began his career in East Africa working in the social sector as a children and youth coordinator before relocating to the United States. After moving to Virginia, Robert attended the University of Richmond and spent over a decade working in banking, where he specialized in operations management. Today, Robert serves in Operations at Augustine Construction. 
Robert is new to the construction industry and is focused on learning the ins and outs of the work while helping build systems that support the company’s growth. 

Robert loves gardening and is a husband and father of four.
