Michael Outen - Project Manager
Michael Outen has been drawn to construction from an early age, spending his high-school summers working with residential builders and electricians in his hometown of Concord, North Carolina. He earned a degree in Building Construction from Virginia Tech and began his career in commercial concrete construction as a field engineer. Michael joined Augustine Construction in 2020 and now serves as a project manager specializing in new construction and additions.
Michael lives in Richmond’s Northside in a 100-year-old home with his wife, four children, a cat, and a flock of chickens.Fun Fact:
Michael lived and worked in China for nearly a decade, where he learned Chinese and earned a master’s degree in teaching Chinese as a second language.
